The prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. The price includes a lunch snack on 23 October, the evening event on the same day and a lunch snack on 24 October 2025. Refreshing drinks and a selection of food will also be available throughout the event..

The Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences (formerly the Prussian Academy of Sciences) is located on the Gendarmenmarkt in the heart of Berlin. With its interdisciplinary and international association of scientists and around 350 employees, it is the largest non-university research institution with a humanities profile in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
To mark the 300th anniversary of the academy, the historic ticket hall was converted into a conference and event centre, which was officially opened in 2002.

This year's evening event will take place on October 23rd at approximately 7 p.m. at Rotisserie Weingrün. The menu will be selected approximately 2-3 weeks before the event. Further information will follow.
Accommodation
A room block has been reserved at the Garner Hotel Berlin-Gendarmenmarkt. Until September 10, 2025, you can book single rooms at a rate of €109.00 per room/night and double rooms at a rate of €129.00 per room/night for the event period.
